Remembering our family...
This week has been exciting for some of us... Jeremy had a Birthday! Heather, I think, is getting the little things tied up for the wedding. Kathy and I finalized plans for showers last night, so I feel better. Grandma had doctor appointments with great outcomes. Things are going really well in the little town of Lincolnton.
On another note... this week marks a lot of memories for mine and Jason's families. To my grandma Pat: I want you to know that I have thought about you a lot this week. Grandpa Tom was a very special man to us all. Jason and I reminisce a lot about him. I miss his hugs and his stories about Scott and my dad. We always had a great time together.
For those of you who are not aware, Jason and I lost three of our grandfathers all within 30 days of each other two years ago. They were all very special to us and will never be forgotten. In the same time we lost so much, Jason and I were blessed with such a special gift. Each day Noah gives us so much and I see so much of each of them in him. I can't wait until he is old enough to hear all the stories of what remarkable men his great-grandfathers were. Thinking of you all.
We love you!
Noah's First Snow!!!
These are just a few photos of the house, yard and Noah... I don't know who was more excited Noah or myself. I can't believe he's not even 2 and has already got to play in the snow. This crazy weather! Monday it snowed and by today we are out in t-shirts. He enjoyed playing in the snow and rolling in it, we had snow everywhere. It's so great to get these moments with him and Jason.
